BAKA protect 3D is the system of hinges designed for wooden outer doors. Each part of the hinge is meant to perform a specific function The bodies of hinges mounted at the top and bottom of doors allow one to adjust side clearance and the clamping force (A) whereas the mid-height hinge is used to adjust suspension height (H) and side clearance.

RELEASING OF THE LOCKING STUD
- Undo the clamping bolts
. - Move the protecting plate
towards the door leaf. - Tighten
the the clamping bolts. - Knock out
the stud.
ADJUSTMENT OF E CLEARANCE
- Slightly undo 2 clamping bolts
of all the hinges in the leaf part of the door. - Adjust the setting of the control bolt with use of the hexagonal socket wrench SW 4
. Rotation anticlockwise – movement of the door leaf towards the lock (max. 3 mm). Rotation clockwise – movement towards the hinges (max. 3 mm). - Retighten the clamping bolts
.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE DOOR HEIGHT
- Slightly undo clamping bolts
of all the hinges in the jamb part of the door. - Owing to the technology based on the circular cam principle the door height can be adjusted at the mid-height hinge H
with use of a hexagonal socket wrench SW 4 within the maximum range of 3 mm. - Retighten the clamping bolts
in the jamb part of the door.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CLAMPING FORCE
- Slightly undo clamping bolts
of all the hinges in the jamb part of the door. - Owing to the technology based on the circular cam principle the clamping force can be adjusted with hinges A
, at the top and bottom of the door with use of a hexagonal socket wrench SW 4 within the maximum range of 4 mm. - Retighten the clamping bolts
in the jamb part of the door.
